Our Story
The idea for Petite Felix was born from one of many easy conversations among two friends. Our shared interest in doing something creative and meaningful took flight after our first informal tea with friends. Chef Anya Felix, a proud graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, carried a deep-seated passion for Afternoon Tea — and a treasured collection of antique china that had been passed down through generations. Kelly brought years of refined front of house experience, mastering the art of hospitality and guest relations with finesse. Together, we have embarked on bringing the tradition of Afternoon Tea to the Sacramento Area.
